“烏克蘭軍隊(duì)的機(jī)會(huì)窗口已經(jīng)關(guān)閉，戰(zhàn)敗是早晚的事”近日，法國(guó)相關(guān)人士對(duì)俄烏局勢(shì)發(fā)表看法：時(shí)至今日，烏軍關(guān)鍵精銳部隊(duì)被全殲，戰(zhàn)略要地失守，軍人死的死，逃的逃，已經(jīng)沒(méi)有取勝的機(jī)會(huì)了，西方的坦克無(wú)法改變戰(zhàn)局！

一場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝利不在于一個(gè)武器，決定戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利的主因是人，不是武器。

烏克蘭已經(jīng)到了兵源短缺的地步，再戰(zhàn)下去就要成女兒國(guó)了。

況且，西方援助的坦克短期形成不了戰(zhàn)斗力，只能是炮靶子，坦克手是需要幾個(gè)人磨合達(dá)到一定的熟練程度才能在戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上發(fā)揮作用！

墨爾本大學(xué)文學(xué)院最新通知：

文學(xué)院最近對(duì)以下專業(yè)的擇優(yōu)錄取要求（Selection Requirement）進(jìn)行了調(diào)整:

? Master of International Journalism

? Master of Journalism

? Master of Arts and Cultural Management

注意以上專業(yè)入學(xué)要求并未變化；

針對(duì)中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)各大學(xué)院校，我們目前新的擇優(yōu)錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

o C9 – 78%

o Tier 1 985 – 78%

o Non‐Tier 1 985 – 80%

o 211 uni – 80%

o Non 211 uni – 90%

Applications for Sem 2 2020, including those that have already been submitted, will be assessed

against these new guidelines.

針對(duì)以上專業(yè)，所有2020年第2學(xué)期的申請(qǐng)都執(zhí)行本擇優(yōu)錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（包括已遞交的申請(qǐng)）；

No further study deferrals or pathways (such as via the Graduate Certificate) will be approved

either into or from 2020 for these programs. However, we will honour those deferrals and

pathways already approved/sent.

針對(duì)以上專業(yè)，申請(qǐng)2020年開(kāi)學(xué)的，文學(xué)院目前不提供延期或者橋梁課程（比如通過(guò)GC進(jìn)入碩士）。但是已經(jīng)允許延期或提供橋梁課程的除外。

Students currently undertaking a graduate certificate in arts pathway into these Master programs

will still be approved to progress onto the master’s degree if they complete their Grad Cert with a

weighted average mark of at least 70%.

正在讀GC打包Master課程的學(xué)生只要學(xué)習(xí)期間加權(quán)平均分70%以上，仍不受影響，可繼續(xù)進(jìn)入碩士課程。

No further study deferrals will be approved for 2019 unsuccessful applicants who were offered a

Grad Cert in Arts pathway.

2019因不成功申請(qǐng)拿到GC課程的學(xué)生不允許再做延期申請(qǐng)。

Conditional offers will be assessed on a case by case basis. These will be for students with

incomplete English or academic grades who are within a very close margin of the required score for

the relevant university.

有條件錄取通知書(shū)會(huì)進(jìn)行個(gè)案評(píng)估來(lái)發(fā)放，主要發(fā)給沒(méi)有提供英文成績(jī)或者學(xué)術(shù)分?jǐn)?shù)符合要求的學(xué)生。

If a student does not meet the selection requirements for the program, they will be asked if they

would like to be considered for another program within Arts.

如學(xué)生未滿足該擇優(yōu)錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可以考慮其它文學(xué)院碩士課程。
